Jovany Vergara, 19, Burley, reported to police he had wrecked his vehicle into a pole in front of the high school. An accident report was taken but no citation issued.

A man reported to police his girlfriend had taken a vehicle that he was paying for. The man was told it was a civil matter.

A woman reported another woman had been arrested a week before and had bonded out. The woman was now back at the motel from which she had been trespassed from.

Lois Merle, 38, Burley, was arrested for resisting and obstructing an officer, and two outstanding warrants out of Cassia County.

Pearl R. Bequette, 72, Burley, was arrested for felony resisting and obstruction of an officer.

Luis Bequette, 70, Burley, was arrested for felony aiding and harboring a fugitive.

A man reported he was having trouble getting his belongings from a local meat packaging business. The call was diverted to Minidoka County where the business is located.

Harold David Bailey Jr., 45, Jerome, was arrested on a Cassia County Warrant.

Jesse Tyler Garcia, 18, Burley, was arrested on a misdomeaner warrant.

A woman reported her boyfriend had stolen her car and her purse was inside the car.

Raymond Glen Hurless, 83, Burley, was cited for failure to yield after a minor accident with injuries. No further information is available.

A man on the 1000 block of Hansen reported there were people on his neighbor’s property taking things.

Police received a report of a one vehicle roll over in the area of 300 S. and 50 E. no known injuries at the time.

A man reported his mother and step-father who had warrants out of Twin Falls had stolen his vehicle.

Ada Cantu, 46, Burley, was cited for parking a vehicle where a traffic device prohibits parking.

A woman reported to police her vehicle had been broken into in the area of 100 Center Street in Oakley during the night and just one of her boots in the vehicle was taken.

Kristine Jose Lopez, 41, Burley, was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Ramon Agustin-Gonzalez, 38, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

Police received a report that a woman’s daughter was home alone when two males wearing masks attempted to break into the garage. The girl confronted the individuals and was struck on the head. No further information is available at this time.

Brandie Nichoel Pierce, 27, Rupert, was cited for expired vehicle registration.

A local gas station reported a drive off of over $72 in gas.

Thomas Morgan Soper II, 49, Burley was arrested on a Cassia County misdemeanor warrant.

Police received a report from a woman her son’s car had been hit and the driver had left the scene.

Three separate individuals reported there was a maroon van at a nearby construction site that was possibly the suspected vehicle in a child abduction out of the Twin Falls area. An Amber Alert had been issued and the occupants were suspects in the disappearance. No other information is available.

Police received a report from a man that someone had stolen his identity.

A man reported to police he was pushed out of a trailer and punched by his mother.

Police received a report of a man and woman fighting in the 400 block of Main Street, Albion. The woman wanted the man removed from the residence; he was later arrested.

A woman reported her 9 year old had been missing since school got out. The child was later located and was fine.

Police received a report from a woman that her old roommate was harassing her.

Ashlee Michelle Talich, 23, Burley, was arrested on a warrant out of Cassia County.

A man reported several juveniles were at a local gas station drinking and shooting guns.

Police received a report that a man had been hit in the face.

Danielle E. Hollahan, 17, Burley, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, and obstructed windshield by frost.

Jamie Jacuinde, 18, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance after a minor vehicle accident.

Jezzica F. Roseborough, 17, Rupert, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance and improper left hand turn resulting in a minor vehicle accident.

Harold David Bailey, 45, Twin Falls was arrested and put in the Cassia County Jail for Discretionary time from misdemeanor probation.

Daisy Lee Ford, 52, Burley was cited for driving while suspended and failure to show proof of insurance.

A woman reported a man had taken her debit card, foodstamp card and keys out of her shopping cart at a local grocery store. She was now stranded at the store.

Johnie Dirickson, 60, Burley, was arrested on a misdomeaner agents warrant out of Cassia County.

A local motel  reported the lobby had been broken into.

Phyllis Erickson Hamilton, 69, Declo, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance and a basic rule violation.

Police received a report from several people involving a hoax phone call.

A woman reported a rental unit had been damaged by a former tenant.

Wilma Helen Caywood, 83, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

Nathan James Woodward, 20, Burley, was cited for failure to register annually, unsafe equipement, and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Miguel Cruz Tarin, 19, Burley, was arrested on a warrant out of Cassia County.

Craig Dennis Miner, 39, South Jordan, was cited for a traffic violation. No further information is available.

David Robb Stevens, 27, South Jordan, Utah, was cited for two traffic violations. No further information is available.

Barushiem N. Baker, 34, Murray, was arrested for failure to provide proof of insurance, second offense out of state, and failure to show proof of insurance.

Jememiah I. Miller, 27, Newport Way, was cited for exceeding the maximum speed limit.

Elena Ochoa, 37, Heyburn, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

Kelly Jerad McCann, 27, Pocatello, was arrested for felony exceeding the maximum speed limit.

December 2, 2011

A man reported to police he was assaulted at a karaoke night and he wanted to press charges.

Police received a report of a 12 year old juvenile that was being incorrigible and refusing to go to school.

Marilynn Rodriguez, 45, Burley, was charged with dogs running at large.

Ernan Montano, 20, Heyburn, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Cassia County.

A woman reported her car had been vandalized and her house broken into.

Police received a report of a theft of under $1000. No further information was availavble.

Curtis Leslie Krivanic, 28, Burley was issued a citation. No further information was availbble.

A man from Tucson, Arizona reported someone in Idaho was using his name and birthday fraudulently.

Kerri Jo Ochoa, 30, Declo, was arrested for a misdomeaner probation violation.

Police responded to a minor accident near the 300 N. block of Overland between and United States Postal truck and a bicycle.

A woman came into the cassia County Sheriff’s office to report a battery. No further information is available.

A local auto parts store reported a man came in and asked for some wiper blades to be installed on his vehicle. After the installation the suspect refused to pay for them. The store wanted to press theft charges if the man would not pay for the wiper blades.

Jared Allen Davis, 18, Burley, was arrested for a warrant for an order of discretionary time to be served.

Police responded to a minor non-injury accident on the 1300 block of Overland.

A multi vehicle crash with on rolled over vehicle was reported near the 216 mile post of Interstate 84.

Police responded to several vehicle crashes on Interstate 84 near mile post 202, 218 and 215.

The Cassia Regional Medical Center they had a person in the emergency room with a dog bite.

Mario K Barajas, 18, Jerome, was cited for speeding after an accident at the split where one person was injured in a rollover.

Police received a report of vandalism at the Milner Dam Power Plant.

Jonathan Isaac Sutherland, 25, Burley, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Cassia County warrant.

Kenneth A Greenwood, 18, Heyburn, was arrested for minor in possession, consuming or purchasing alcohol by a minor possession of drug paraphilia and resisting and obstructing a police officer.

John Tyson Valdez, 20, Rupert, was cited for possession, consumption, or purchasing alcohol by a minor.

Arseny Antonio Arias, 19, Rupert, was charged with felony forgery, resisting and obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, purchasing, consuming, or possession of alcohol by a minor and giving false information to an officer.

Dillon Levi Valdez, 18, Heyburn, was arrested for resisting and obstructing an officer, possession, purchasing or consuming alcohol by a minor, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A man reported that he and his wife had come home and an individual came into his driveway, the man went to speak to the occupant and the person said he had a gun ready for the victim. The suspect left and there was no further information at this time.

December 3. 2011

Police responded to a non-injury accident between Basin Road and Oakley.

Carlos Alberto Badillo, 40, Heyburn, was cited for a traffic citation.

Walter O. Winningham, 73, was given a traffic citation.

A woman reported she had received a letter from someone who had been stalking her.

Police received a report of a dog that had killed about eight chickens.

A woman reported her car had been backed into by another vehicle.

Police responded to a minor accident near 400 N. and 1150 E, no injuries were reported.

Andrea Nicole Cuevas, 24, Paul was cited for speeding.

Luis Michael Vasquez, 19, Burley, was cited for speeding.

Martin Villagrana- Martine, 49, Burley, was charge for failure to purchase or invalid drivers license.

A local gas station reported a gas drive off. The mother of the suspect later came to the gas station to pay for the gas.

Ampelio Rincon Montoya, 63, Malta, was charged with failure to show proof of insurance.

A woman reported to police she had been bitten by a dog at her friend’s home.

Police received a report from a woman that she could hear someone knocking on her door and windows.

A rollover accident was reported near mile post 211 on Interstate 84. No injuries were reported.

Allan Reed Ward, 46, Burley, was cited for a traffic violation.

An accident involving a semi and a car pulling a U-haul was reported at mile post 235 on Interstate 84 with possible injuries.

A man reported someone had taken his Christmas yard ornaments and had thrown them in his neighbor’s tree.

A local grocery store reported they had a female in custody for shoplifting.

Police received a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Burton as someone had gone through the neighborhood egging cars.

Imelda Gomez, 60, Heyburn, was cited for with a traffic violation after a minor non-injury accident.

Nathan Sean Chavez, 27, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

Jehu Cervantes, 29, Heyburn, was arrested for failure to purchase a driver’s license, driving under the influence and open container.

Elisa Solares, 29, Oakley, was arrested for driving without privileges and a warrant out of Cassia County.
