A woman reported she could hear someone breaking into her home. Police checked the home and the area and could find no one.

Penni Ann Mowczan, 40, Metuchen, was cited for misdemeanor failure to stop at a check station.

Kyle S. Davis, 17, Burley, was cited for minor in purchasing, receiving or possession of a tobacco product after police received a call there were juveniles in an old box car up to no good. Another juvenile, age 16, was also cited.

A local gas station reported a gas drive off of $51.04.

A man reported he had left his wallet at a local restaurant. He called the restaurant and verified they did find his wallet and would mail it to him. The restaurant still had not mailed it and the man needed to know what he should do  now.

A woman reported her three year old had been bitten in the face by her friend’s dog.

Efrain Ramirez Juarez, 33, Rupert, was cited for speeding and failure to show proof of insurance.

A man reported a three year old child had been left alone in a vehicle.

A woman reported she had lost her rings at a local restaurant.

Juvenile probation requested the use of a drug dog to search a home of a juvenile probationer.

The Cassia County jail reported a fight between inmates and needed an officer to take a report.

A man reported he had sold a car to an individual but had not gotten all the money for the vehicle.

Police received a report from a woman her purse had been stolen and the contents were valued at over $1000.

Kent H. Tilley, 42, Burley, was arrested on an undisclosed legal matter.

Jeffery Lynn Dubose, 54, Jackson, was arrested on a misdemeanor probation violation.

Raul Leon, 30, Paul, was arrested on felony possession of a controlled substance.

A man reported he was being harassed by his neighbors over their dogs.

Police received a report that two people were taking things out of a Desert Industries trailer parked at the church in Malta. The reporting party gave the officers the names of the suspects.

Smith’s Food and Drug reported they had an 18 year old detained for shoplifting.

A man reported to police he had found a wallet with a large amount of money in it. It was later turned over to the owner.

A man reported his corn planter stolen and it was later taken into a local recycling company.

Police received a report of a wallet being stolen.

Brandy M. Richardson, 38, Paul, was arrested on a felony probation and parole warrant.

John Robert Stokes II, 38, Burley, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

Police received a report from a man he had been assaulted by his wife and daughter.

Whitney L. Cravens, 26, Burley, was cited for inattentive and reckless driving after the Grand Am she was driving rolled into a field. The driver and two other passengers in the vehicle were uninjured in the accident.

A man reported his green card was missing.

A woman reported the occupants of a vehicle were throwing fire crackers at other vehicles on Overland.

Police received a report of a civil protection order had been violated. No further information was available.

A Declo woman reported her son had lent her brother an Xbox gaming system and now the brother was refusing to return it.

A local attorney reported he had received a call from a woman who was threatening suicide and wanted to make sure all her possessions went to her children. When the woman was told it would take time to file the required papers she hung up. The attorney was unable to reach the woman by phone again and feared for her safety.

Amy Angeline Anderson, 29, Burley, was cited for excessive speed.

Cal Stores reported they had a 13-year-old male in custody for shoplifting.

A woman reported she had seen three males shooting up drugs near a local bar. Police made contact and the individuals said they were just down looking at the river.

A female reported to police a green van was parked outside her home and the occupants appeared to be watching her home.

Police received a report from the legal guardian of a juvenile female who is not supposed to be using the phone. The guardian reported the juvenile is calling family members and threatening them.

Olivia Lynn Larsen, 23, Burley, was cited for a traffic violation after a police traffic stop. No information is available on the citation.

Robyn Larae Garren, 32, Rupert, was cited for speeding.

A man reported his girlfriend was driving with a baby in her vehicle and was possibly driving drunk.

Wayne Douglas Woodland, 54, Burley, was cited for failure to register annually.

Salvador Martinez, 39, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance after a traffic stop.

Stephen James Peterson, 22, Burley, was cited for speeding.

Police will be requesting that a 43 year old Burley male’s drivers status be evaluated as the man has some mental problems.

Michael Hansen, 53, Burley, was cited for speeding.

Police arrested a 12-year-old male for probation violation.
