-A warrant was served on an unnamed individual for a concealed weapon. No information further
information is available.
-Efrain Fernando Gonzalez, 30, Rupert, was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
-A man reported several vehicles which had been vandalized.
-A woman reported she believed some people were shooting deer out of season as she heard some shots
near the park in Elba. The woman told police a deer was often seen at the creek getting a drink but since
the woman heard the shots the deer has not been seen.
-Georgia J. Teal-Grau, 54, Caldwell was cited with speeding.
-A local store reported to police a man in the store was very disoriented and didn’t know his name or
why he was in the store. The man told police he would call someone to come get him and a dog when
he could remember who to call and the number to call.

-Anguiano Gloria, 27, Heyburn, was charged with speeding.
-Keri Jo Ochoa, 30, Declo was arrested on an unknown warrant.
-Alex Martinez, Burley, was arrested on a juvenile detion warrant.
-Police received a report from a man that he was the victim of identity theft.
-A report was received from the Alternative School that some juveniles were caught smoking spice.
-A woman reported her neighbors were throwing garbage into her yard.
-Police received a report that someone had kicked and broken some fencing in the 1400 block of Almo.
-Tamara Lynn Estes, 49, Burley, was arrested for felony driving under the influence.
-Sharon Sue Leno, 53, Buhl, was charged with speeding and failure to use a safety restraint.
-A woman reported she believed one of her tenants were dealing drugs from a local bar.
-Kayla Michelle Smith, 52, Burley, was charged with failure to yield at an intersection after a minor non-
injury accident.
-A local gas station reported a gas drive off of over $30.
-A man reported to police he was at his son’s grandparents’ home to pick up the child and the
grandparents were refusing to let the child go.
-Police received a report some children were caught on a school bus with a gun. It was later found that
the gun was a BB gun.
-A man reported his Jeep had been stolen about two weeks ago.
-Douglas M. Durfee, 44, Burley, was charged with failure to renew a drivers license and failure to show
proof of insurance.
-Katheryn Scarlett Johnson, 25, Burley, was cited for failure to use a safety restraint.
-Larry Glen Heaton, 65, Burley was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.
-Enrique Rocha, 58, Burley, was cited for speeding.
