Easy! This is just down the road from my house, at the corner of 1450 South and Highway 27. It was an Eagle Project to help people find the Indian face in Indian Mountain.
This is on the oakley Highway at 1500 south Intersection. Put there by a scout. for his eagle project. It is Middle Mountain in the back ground.

Hello Renee,
I got an email from my brother Steve Clark, who was made aware of your photo, by our mother Janet Clark, re: the photo of the sculpture – outlining Indian Mountain, in your “Where is this”.
The Sculpture was created by my brother Blake Clark, I think when he was in college. I think at the time, Bob Robinson gave permission. It might be an interesting story. While growing up and driving between Oakley and Burley a lot, the “Indian silhouette” is more noticeable at different places along the Oakley highway. Interestingly, years later Blake completed the project.
The one for today 7-22-10 is the siphon in the 3rd lift canal where the 1984 diversion canal from Oakly dam to the snake river went through the Hawker farm and the Randall farm Behind the Steven Randall residence.
