-Police received a report that a woman woke up to her husband assaulting her. No arrest was made.

-A woman reported she had come from Utah to retrieve her sister’s children and the father of the three children would not let her leave with them. The children later left with their mother.

-Police received a report from a man that advised police while he was on a pleasure ride in the Rock Creek area he found some bones which he believed were human. No further information is available at this time.

-Jose. L. Gil Herrera, 31, Burley, was cited for failure to use a safety restraint after a traffic stop.

-A woman reported she had hit a dog and the dog had done a bunch of damage to her car.

-Debra J. Beck, 57, Burley, was cited for speeding.

-A local gas station reported a gas drive off, police tried to make contact with the driver.

-Flota Baldomero, 58, Burley, was cited for parking in the wrong direction.

-A non-injury roll over was reported to police. Police received a report from a woman she had sold some jewelry over the internet and was to be paid through a PayPal account that was fraudulent.

-Sandra Rodriguez, 37, Burley was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign.

-A woman reported she was being harassed by another female and asked police to contact the suspect and have stop harassing the victim.

-Gladys M. Esquibel, 72, Burley, was charged with a parking violation.

-Jade S. Osterhout, 18, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

-Vaughn Ensign Egan, 90, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance after a minor traffic accident.

-Nickolas R. Sharp, 21, Twin Falls, was cited for failure to obey a traffic signal after a minor accident.

-Philip Bradley Christ, 54, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

-A man reported to police his wallet was taken from his vehicle.

-Joel Alvarez, 44, Burley, was cited for failure to use a safety restraint.

-Police received a report from a local business that two females were fighting in the store. A store employee was able to break up the fight.

-Terry Kay Albert, 52, Burley was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.

-A woman reported her friend’s car had been scratched during the night.

-Police received a report that a vehicle had been broke into and several items were stolen.

-A woman reported her ex-husband had taken her cell phone and refused to return it to her.

-Police received a report from a woman there were some hunters illegally shooting on her father in-laws property.

-Wilfredo E. Quezada, 25, Burley, was cited for speeding and failure to show proof of insurance.

-Karen Lee E. Critchfield, 51, Burley, was cited for speeding.

-A local business reported an elderly man who keeps trying to get into other customers cars and asking for them to take him home. This was the second night this has happened at the business.

-Andrew L. McClain, 17, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

-Gary Junior Jones, 16, Albion, was cited for speeding.

-Javier Cuevas Alvarez, 48, Declo, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance.

-A woman reported to police she was getting text messages from an unknown person and has asked them to stop and they will not.

-A woman reported her son who was reported as a runaway was with her and keeps trying to jump out of the car. Police cited the juvenile with a runaway citation.

-Levi Mark Hymas, 21, Rupert, was cited for excessive speed, he was also arrested on an agents -warrant.

-Ruth Marie Anthony, 20, Heyburn, was arrested on an agents warrant.

-A man reported to police his girlfriend was hitting him but she had left the residence on foot.

-Police received a report a woman had some head trauma and broken toes but did not know how it happened. She later told police her ex-husband had beaten her. The ambulance was called but the woman refused to be transported when she could not get pain medication from the ambulance crew.

-Alvaro C. Magana, 53, Rupert, was cited for speeding and for failure to show proof of insurance.

-Layton Myrl Mallory, 25, Declo, was charged with failure to show proof of insurance.

-A man reported he was assaulted by his step son and was bleeding.

-Police received a report a man believed his ex-wife had taken some of his possessions after an argument.

-Kelly W. Pullin. 23, Twin Falls, was cited for speeding.

-Wendy S. Priest, 55, Burley, was cited for speeding.

-A man reported his phone had been stolen.

-Jesse Guzman, 36, Heyburn was cited for failure to use a safety restraint after a traffic stop.

-A truck driver reported to police he was driving a semi pulling stone when the king pin broke and the trailer flipped. The driver was not injured.

-Tawnya Jean Hilscher, 30, Oakley, was cited for speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.

-Logan C. Cook, 17, Burley, was cited for no proof of insurance.

-A woman reported her son’s bike had been stolen in the 100 block of East 14th.

-Police received a report from a woman that she had reported her children’s bikes stolen several months ago and found some kids riding them at a local park. The woman took the bikes from the other children.

-A man reported he had heard some shots fired near his home on the 1600 block of Albion.

-Talon M. Bennett, 17, Rupert, was cite for mutilate drivers license.

-Ann M. Sedor, 36, Burley, was charged with driving without privileges.

-Delmar John Roll, 61, Burley, was arrested for probation violation.

-A woman reported her wallet stolen and someone had charged on her credit card in Utah.

-Clayton Mark Peterson, 67, Burley was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance.

-Carolyn Kay Rush, 60, Rupert was arrested for failure to purchase a drivers license.

-Robert Davis Woodrow, 60, Burley, was cited for expired drivers license.

-Martin Max Lloyd, 70, Oakley, was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to use a safety restraint.

-Donna Gaye Olson, 57, Burley, was cited for speeding.

-Ronnie Jay Cantu, 47, Rupert, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule 3 controlled substance.

-Reda M. Gomske, 41, Burley, was charged with speeding.

-Gayle Annette Williams, 64, Burley, was cited for a traffic violation.

-Felicias Renee Ochoa, 22, Burley. was arrested on a warrant.

-Ricardo Peres-Sanchez, 19, Burley, was arrested on a warrant.

-Jacob Patrick Berger, 19, Burle,y was arrested on two warrants.

-Haley A. Kelley, 17, Albion, was cited for excessive speed.

-Becky N. Nava, 33, Burley, was cited for failure to show proof of insurance and failure to use a child
safety restraint.

-A woman reported she had heard shots fired in the area of 1200 E. 600 N. Police located the suspects
involved and was told they were celebrating the Mexican Independence Day, the suspects were advised
it was not safe to shoot at night.

-Keagan Dean Koepnick, 25, Rupert, was charged with failure to show proof of insurance.

-Jacquelin Segura, 17, Burley, was cited for failure to purchase a drivers license.
