About three dozen area youth participated in Pomerelle Ski Resort’s recent Kids Day Competition, for children 12 and under. Participants posed for a group picture following the fun day on the hill.
#69 Garrett Thomas, 8, from Twin Falls, won 1st place in the Kids Day Boarders Boy 7-9 division with a time of 46.29 seconds.
#50 Courtney Christopherson, 12, from Burley, won 1st place in the Kids Day Skier Girls 10-12 division with a time of 37.68 seconds.
It’s all about FUN at Pomerelle’s Kid’s Day Competition!
Kids from 4 years of age to 12 competed in the annual Giant Slalom Challenge, Saturday February 4th.
Each participant raced the giant slalom course on Spud Run, and the best times determined 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners. Trophies went to the top 3 places in each division, and all participants received a goody bag and fun prizes.
Everyone was a winner!
